Terms & Conditions:
In order to receive the Visa prepaid card you must:
1. Become a new AmeriGas customer and purchase propane from AmeriGas Propane between February 1, 2024 and May
31, 2024.
2. Fill out the mail-in form, including your account number, and submit to the address above. Or register your claim online at
www.amerigasrebatecard.com.
This offer is valid only with verified purchases made by May 31, 2024, for the qualifying AmeriGas product. All claim forms must be postmarked
or registered online by 6/30/24. This offer only valid in the United States. Limit one (1) per customer. Value based on actual propane tank size
installed.
Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. No cash access or recurring payments. Can be
used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Card valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date. Card terms
and conditions apply.
AmeriGas reserves the right to amend the rules after the program begins or cancel this promotion without prior notice. All submitted claim
